1. Products and Licensing

• AI Kitty sells SaaS templates (both NSFW and non-NSFW themed) and associated resources (including code files, Docker setups, videos, and GitHub repositories) under a one-time license.
• All purchases grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the template and included materials for personal or commercial use.
• Redistribution, reselling, or sublicensing of our templates or resources is strictly prohibited.

2. NSFW Template Disclaimer

• NSFW-themed templates may contain adult design elements or suggestive themes for design and demonstration purposes only.
• No explicit adult content (videos, pornography, etc.) is hosted or sold by AI Kitty.
• Any NSFW images used in demos are either AI-generated or publicly licensed. They are not owned by us, and we do not guarantee their origin or legality for your specific jurisdiction or use case.
• Using AI-generated NSFW images, models, or likenesses of real people (without consent) is your responsibility. You use such content at your own risk.
• We do not endorse or take responsibility for how you or your users choose to populate or deploy the templates.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction.
• You will not use the templates or resources for:
  • Illegal, harmful, or exploitative content
  • Hate speech, harassment, or abuse
  • Child sexual abuse material or non-consensual adult content
  • Phishing, malware, or fraudulent activities
• You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with local, state, national, and international laws.

4. Refund Policy

• Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once a product is downloaded or accessed.

5. Intellectual Property

• All templates, videos, resources, and associated materials remain the intellectual property of AI Kitty.
• You may not claim authorship or original creation of our materials.
• Any AI-generated content, including demo images or videos, are provided as-is without warranties or IP guarantees.

6. Limitation of Liability

• AI Kitty is not liable for any damages, claims, or losses arising from the use or misuse of our templates or related content. Use at your own discretion and risk.
